Psalm 145:10 Lord, all your works praise you. Your faithful people praise you.

Dear Journal,

Today we spent the day hanging out at our first campsite. The campsite was on a river, so we swam lots today. At the end of the day there was a big fireworks display! We always celebrate our national holiday at the beginning of summer. Today was the day and we celebrated with fireworks!

​

There were so many colors! Red and white and blue and purple and green. I loved the ones that went really high in the air and made a whistling sound. Posey was scared of all the loud noises. She hid under the bed in the camper while we were outside watching.

After the fireworks, while Mom and Dad were tucking us in, we read this Bible verse from Psalm 145:10.

Lord, all your works praise you. Your faithful people praise you.

​

We thanked God for giving us such a great country to live in. Every day we should remember to give God praise for the great things he has done for us. He gave us Jesus so we could be forgiven and a great country where we can live in peace and have freedom. I can’t think of a more fun way to give praise to God than fireworks!
