Peww, peww, peww! A.J. and Milo were chasing Posey around the house with their laser guns. Posey was a giant robot dinosaur and their mission was to shrink Posey to the size of a ladybug and save planet earth. If the giant robot dinosaur was really small it could no longer hurt anyone.

The things we are afraid of can be like this robot dinosaur. Milo used to be afraid of the dark. The light in her room would be left on until she fell asleep because she was too scared to be in her room in the dark. So every night, Milo’s mom and dad would read her this Bible verse found in 2 Timothy 1:7

Then they would say it together. Then one day, Milo told her mom to turn off the light as she was leaving Milo’s room. Milo was no longer afraid of the dark! God’s Word acted like a shrink ray. It shrunk Milo’s fear so small until it finally disappeared!
