Go on an adventure in the Bible with Moses as God used him to set the Israelite people free from slavery.
Moses was an ordinary Jewish boy born at an extraordinary time in a nation called Egypt. Moses’ people, the Israelites were slaves in Egypt. The king of the time, who was called Pharaoh, was scared that the Israelite people were becoming too strong. He was afraid that they would take over the country.
Pharaoh decided that all the baby boys born into the Jewish families should be killed. Moses was one of these boys. Moses’ mom hid Moses at first. But when he was too old to hide, she put him in a basket and floated him down the river in the hopes that someone could rescue him.
Moses was rescued. He was rescued by the daughter of Pharaoh! He was then raised in the palace of Pharaoh. When Moses grew older, he saw how cruel Pharaoh was to the Israelites and left for another land.
This is where the adventure begins!
